Overview

These terms apply to everything on Gorilla Tag Marketplace: the account marketplace, buying and selling accounts, credits, cash-outs, messages, reviews, the casino games, bonuses and tips. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Another Axiom, Gorilla Tag, Valve or Steam.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally allowed to use a service like this where you are. You are responsible for checking your local rules. You must also follow the terms of every service connected to your account, including Google, Steam and Gorilla Tag.

• One person per login: do not share your account or sign in on behalf of someone else.
• Do not use the service from a place where it is not allowed.
• We may ask you to confirm your age or identity and may restrict accounts that cannot.

Your account

You can sign up with Google or with an email address and password. We email a code to confirm that an email address is yours, and until it is confirmed an account can look around but cannot buy, sell, tip or message. Choose a username that is not misleading or offensive. Names that look like staff or the site (such as "admin" or "support") are not allowed. You can change your username once every 30 days. Keep your login secret: you are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

• We will never ask for your password or an email code.
• Tell us on Discord right away if you think someone else has access.
• Usernames, ranks and badges are visible to other players in places like live wins, tips, chats, reviews and listings.
• We allow one new account per internet connection to prevent abuse.

Credits and GBucks

There are two kinds of credits, and they are kept completely separate.

• Credits are bought with real money through Stripe and are used to buy accounts and packs and to tip other players. 1 credit is shown as $0.01. You can buy fixed packages or a custom amount from 200 credits ($2.00) to 100,000 credits ($1,000.00). Credits are not money: they cannot be withdrawn as cash, sold, or moved outside the site.
• GBucks are free, are used only in the games, and have no value at all. They cannot be used to buy anything and cannot be exchanged for credits, money or items.
• Credit purchases are final and are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or where we decide to make an exception. Credits arrive instantly and can be spent or tipped right away, which is why we cannot take them back for a refund. If you bought credits by mistake, contact us on Discord. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us puts your account on hold while we review it, and we may reverse credits you tipped and hold sales that were paid for with the disputed credits.
• Credits you buy and never spend stay in your account. If your account is closed for breaking these terms, any credits left can be removed.
• We may adjust or remove credits that were gained through errors, abuse or breaking these terms.

Games and fairness

The games are played with free GBucks only. Game results are decided by our server, not by your browser, and are final once shown. Results are provably fair: they come from a secret server seed whose hash is shown before you play, plus your own client seed, and you can verify them with the Provably Fair tool. Rules, multipliers and odds for each game appear on the game screen.

• Every game has a built-in house edge. Over time the house is expected to win more than it pays out, and nothing you do changes that.
• Some games apply the edge on each step, so longer runs cost more on average.
• Payouts may be capped. For example, a single Floor is Lava run pays at most 1,000x your bet.
• If you leave in the middle of a round, it is saved and can be finished or cashed out when you come back.
• Minimum bets apply. We can change limits, multipliers and games at any time.

Because games use free GBucks, winnings cannot be turned into cash. Even so, gambling-style games can be habit-forming. Only play for fun, and take breaks.

Bonuses, rakeback and tips

We offer promotions such as a daily bonus of free GBucks and rakeback. Rakeback returns a share of your net losses in GBucks: 5% at Bronze, rising by 1% with each wager rank up to 9% at Champion. You can claim 25% of your unclaimed rakeback once every 3 hours. Net losses are the total you have bet minus the total the games have paid out. Only rounds played after rakeback launched are counted.

You can send credits or GBucks to another player with the tip feature. Tips are final: we cannot reverse a tip sent to the wrong username, so check it before you confirm. Do not use tips to sell credits or move value in return for anything outside the site.

• Bonuses are for real players. Using extra accounts, scripts or other tricks to collect them is not allowed.
• We can change, pause or end any bonus, and can remove bonuses that were earned unfairly.

Weekly lottery. Every week you can buy tickets with free GBucks, up to 10 per player per draw. Every Sunday at 20:00 UTC three different tickets win 5,000, 1,000 and 500 GBucks. Tickets are final once bought and are not refunded. The draw is automatic and provably fair: the fingerprint of a secret seed is shown before the draw and the seed is revealed after it, so anyone can check the result. Prizes are GBucks only. They have no cash value and cannot be turned into money. We can void tickets or prizes and remove credits if we find multiple accounts, automation or abuse.

Buying accounts

You can buy accounts in two ways: account packs sold by the operator, and listings from other players.

• Packs show the odds for each pack. Percentages are supplied by the operator, are not independently audited, and no specific account or item is guaranteed. Once a pack is delivered it is generally not refundable.
• Listings are accounts that other players are selling. Staff check each listing before it goes live, but we do not own the accounts and cannot promise that any listing is accurate, will stay unbanned, or will keep working.
• The login details are shown only inside the site, right after you buy and later in Your purchases. Never share them, and change the details as soon as you get the account.
• Buying or selling accounts may be against the rules of Steam or Gorilla Tag. An account can be banned or taken back by them at any time, and that risk is yours.

Buyer protection. After you buy a listing you have a protection period (currently 7 days) during which the seller is not paid. If something is wrong, use "Report a problem" in Your purchases. Staff look at the chat and the report and decide. They can hold the seller's payment or refund you. A refund is returned to your balance as credits, not as cash. Staff decisions are final. If you try to get a refund for an account you still control, you may lose your account and your balance.

Selling accounts

You can list an account you own for sale. By submitting a listing you promise that:

• you own the account and are allowed to sell it, you say honestly whether the buyer gets full access (including the email and recovery) or login only, and the details you give are true and match what the buyer will get;
• the login works, Steam Guard is off, and you have not set up a way to take the account back;
• you will not try to recover, use or reclaim the account after it is sold.

Staff log in to check each listing and can reject, remove or stop a listing at any time. Listings cannot be edited after submitting. The login details you provide are stored encrypted and are delivered only to the buyer.

Fees and payment. We keep a fee of 18% of the sale price, with a minimum of $0.75, shown before you submit. The rest is credited to you as credits once the buyer protection period ends. During that period the money is shown as Pending. If a sale is refunded, you are not paid for it. If you had already been paid, we take back what is left in your balance, and anything you have already spent becomes a debt that is taken from your next sales. While you owe a debt you cannot cash out.

Selling an account you do not own, taking an account back after a sale, or any other scam will get your account closed and any money held can be kept to cover refunds.

Cash-outs

Sellers can cash out the money they have earned from finished sales. Cash-outs are paid in Solana (SOL) only.

• Only money from sales that finished the protection period can be cashed out. Credits you bought with a card cannot.
• The smallest cash-out is $2.00 and the largest is $500.00 per request.
• You save your own Solana wallet address. The first address is active at once. Changing it later waits 48 hours before it can be used, and we email you about the change.
• Your first cash-out is always reviewed by staff. Later ones may be sent automatically if they are small and within our limits, and staff can review, delay or refuse any cash-out, for example if we suspect fraud or a payment dispute.
• The amount is paid in SOL at the market price when it is sent, using the average of two price sources. A very small network fee is taken from the amount. The price of SOL can change, and we do not promise any value.
• Crypto transactions cannot be reversed. If you give a wrong address, we cannot get the money back. Copy your address from your wallet and check it.
• If a cash-out is rejected or cannot be sent, the money returns to your balance.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We do not give tax or legal advice.
• A wallet can be created for free without ID. Services you use later to turn crypto into cash, such as exchanges, may ask you for ID.

We can pause cash-outs at any time, for example during maintenance or while we investigate a problem. We may also ask for more information to follow the law.

Messages, images and reviews

You can message a seller or buyer from a listing and chat with support. Be respectful and keep it about the deal.

• Staff can read every chat, image and report, including between buyers and sellers, to keep the site safe and to settle disputes.
• Never share passwords or verification codes in a chat. Keep trades inside the site.
• You can send photos. They must be yours to share, must not show other people without their permission, and must not be illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or harmful. Photos are checked and cleaned before they are saved. We can remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
• After a purchase finishes you can rate the seller from 1 to 5 stars and leave a short comment. Reviews must be honest and about your own purchase. Fake, paid or abusive reviews are not allowed, and staff can remove them. Sellers can reply once.

Things you must not do

To keep the site fair and safe for everyone, you agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, macros or any automation to gain an unfair edge or to strain our servers;
• exploit bugs, glitches, timing problems or errors instead of reporting them;
• create or use several accounts to collect bonuses, get around limits or manipulate results, ratings or sales;
• sell accounts you do not own, take accounts back after selling, or scam other players;
• use stolen cards or other people's payment details, launder value, trade credits outside the site, or use the service for anything unlawful;
• harass, threaten or impersonate others (including staff), or use offensive usernames;
• upload files or send content that is harmful, illegal or meant to attack others or the site;
• try to access other accounts, break security, or reverse engineer or attack the service.

If we believe you broke these rules we may void results, remove credits, hold or take back payments, suspend or close your account, and refuse future service.

Payment disputes

If you dispute a card payment with your bank or card company (a chargeback) instead of contacting us, we may put your account on hold, freeze your balance and any pending payouts, and remove credits bought with that payment while it is investigated. Please contact us first. Most problems can be fixed faster than a bank dispute.

Bugs and mistakes

Software has bugs. If a game, a price, a balance or a payout is wrong because of a bug or error, we can correct it, void the round and adjust balances, including reversing amounts that should not have been paid. Please report anything odd on Discord instead of using it.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available. Games and features can change, pause or end. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is, without promises about uptime, results or fitness for a purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, for third-party services such as Google, Stripe, Steam, the Solana network or hosting, for accounts that are banned or taken back, for the value of crypto, or for results of games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending your account

You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us on Discord to close your account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk. Credits have no cash value when an account is closed for a breach, and money held for refunds or disputes can be kept.

Overview

This policy explains what information Gorilla Tag Marketplace collects, why we collect it, who can see it, and the choices you have. We keep it to what we need to run the site, take payments, pay sellers and keep everyone safe.

We are an independent service and are not connected to Another Axiom, Gorilla Tag, Valve or Steam.

What we collect

We collect information in a few groups:

• Account: your email address, your username, and either your Google sign-in details (a Google ID and profile picture link) or a password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, never as readable text. We also record whether your email is verified, and when you last changed your username.
• Balances and activity: your credits and GBucks, orders, tips, daily bonuses, rakeback, wager rank, badges, and a record of every change to your balance.
• Games: your rounds, bets, results and the seeds used, so results can be verified.
• Marketplace: the listings you create (title, description, photos), the account login details you give for a listing (stored encrypted), your purchases, reviews you write or receive, reports you send or that are made about you, and refund and payment-hold decisions.
• Messages and photos: chats between buyers and sellers, chats with support, and photos you send in them.
• Cash-outs: your saved Solana wallet address, and your cash-out requests with amounts, status and the public transaction ID.
• Payments: when you buy credits, Stripe collects your card details. We never see or store your card number. We keep what you bought, the amount, and a payment reference.
• Technical: your IP address (used for abuse limits and one-account-per-connection checks), your browser, and security records such as sign-in sessions and staff actions.

Activity and security records: to stop fraud, exploits and abuse we keep a log of the actions you take on the site (for example buying, selling, tipping, cashing out, signing in and signing out), every change to your credits and GBucks, and a short code made from your network address. We never put passwords, email codes, card details or message text in this log. Logs are kept for a limited time (security activity about 4 months, balance history longer for accounting) and only staff can read them.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• create and secure your account, send you sign-in and verification codes, and keep you signed in;
• run the games, the marketplace, chats, reviews, tips and bonuses;
• take payments, deliver purchases, hold and release seller money, handle refunds and pay out cash-outs;
• stop fraud, abuse, scams, bots and duplicate accounts, and settle disputes;
• give support, and send you notices about your account and orders by email and on the site;
• meet legal and accounting duties.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage, all needed for the site to work:

• a secure sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in (staff have a separate one);
• short-lived cookies used while signing in with Google;
• local storage for your settings, such as language, how amounts are shown, sound, and recent items so pages load faster.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who can see your information

Other players can see your username, wager rank and equipped badge, and in places like live wins, tips, chats, listings and reviews. Listing photos and descriptions are public. Your email and balance are never shown to other players.

Staff can see account details, activity, listings (including the login details you submitted for review), chats, photos, reports and support messages, so they can run the site, check listings and settle disputes. Staff sign in with a password and a code sent to their email, and money and moderation actions are recorded.

Service providers process data for us:

• Stripe handles card payments.
• Google handles Google sign-in.
• Resend sends our emails (codes and notices).
• Railway hosts the site and database.
• Discord: messages you send to support are also forwarded to our private staff channel on Discord so we can reply quickly.
• We look up the price of SOL from public price services. No personal information is sent to them.

The Solana blockchain is public. When we send you a cash-out, the transaction, your wallet address and the amount appear on a public ledger that anyone can see and that cannot be erased.

We may share information if the law requires it, to protect people or the site, or if the business is sold or merged. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

• Account and activity records are kept while your account is open.
• Orders, payments, balance history, cash-outs, refunds and reports are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, fraud prevention and legal reasons, even after an account is closed.
• Chats and photos are kept while they are needed for the deal and for resolving disputes, and may be deleted afterwards.
• Rejected or abandoned listings and drafts are deleted automatically after a short time.
• Information on the blockchain cannot be deleted.

Security

We use HTTPS, store passwords as hashes, encrypt the login details sellers submit, limit what each part of our system can read, require emailed codes for staff sign-in, and log money and moderation actions. Photos you send are checked and stripped of hidden data such as location before they are saved. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and never share codes.

Our system also watches balances automatically. If something looks wrong, such as a balance changing in an unexpected way, the account is flagged for staff review. Cash-outs and seller payouts for that account can be paused until a person has looked at it.

Your choices

• Sign out any time, or clear your browser storage to remove local data.
• Change your username once every 30 days from the profile menu.
• Ask us on Discord to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. We will do this unless we have to keep something for legal, fraud or accounting reasons, or because it is on the blockchain.
• You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. We will still send account and security emails.
• If you are in a place with extra privacy rights, you may have more rights than those listed here, and we will respect them.

Age

The service is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think a child has an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Where data is processed

Our hosting and service providers may process data in several countries, which may have different privacy laws than where you live. We choose providers with reasonable safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will point out big changes on the site.
